Employee Effectiveness Benchmark
(EEB)

A rapid response subset of the OHFB that focuses upon the staff effectiveness metrics and wellbeing assessments with optional additions concerning work-life interference, health and lifestyle issues, personal financial fitness, and remote/hybrid worker experience measurement.

As with the OHFB, this survey provides predicted costs of issues related to turnover, productivity, and absenteeism. As can be seen from the sample chart below, internal and external comparisons are provided. All reports can be analyzed by demographic and organizational characteristics.
